I woke up this morning and I was in Costa Rica. Pretty cool feeling. It was about 6:00 local time. I took a quick, warmish shower. Otoniel was milking the cows and Lilian was still sleeping so I sat in the living room and talked to Alicia and read some of my book. We chatted for a while and she even let me chop up the plantains so that I would feel useful. Otoniel arrived at about 7:45, astonished that I was up already. Alicia and I ate breakfast while Otoniel showered; pinto with plantains and some cheese. It is nice to be back. Whoever thought cereal was an adequate breakfast, obviously didn’t wake up at 5:15 to milk cows and clean pig pens.
